Hi everyone!!
I recently came across a book called “You are the best wife”and to be honest I fell in love with the title so thought about reading it . I didn’t know much about the author at first ! (But seriously now he is my favourite writer! )So, just with a blind addiction towards the title and the book cover I jumped into the book!!
Since I read it through the kindle app I didn’t have an opportunity to feel the book in real time! But I really did have an awesome experience throughout the story!
Let’s get into the story now!
Overall story:
The first half
The overall story runs around the lovely couple Ajay(our hero) and Bhavana(Ajay’s love). Both of them studied in the same college and had developed a like for each other. It was Ajay who first proposed Bhavana and she had also shown interest. Since both of them belonged to different cultural communities marriage wasn’t an easy game for them. They had to face a lot of struggles and pain to gain permission from both the families. Finally with all their efforts paying them great they got married and started living a wonderful life
The second half
The major twist came in when Bhavana was affected with septicaemia. It was extremely wounding to imagine how much difficulty she would have underwent. Her final days at the hospital and Ajay’s difficult state were all the circumstances that one would never imagine.
Inspite of so much struggles and painful moments Bhavana had left the world leaving the entire family in deep sorrow. Ajay didn’t have his life with him. For a person like him for whom all his love, peace, support and everything was Bhavana, the loss was undeserving.
Conclusion
Ajay underwent depression and was unable to drift himself from the thoughts of his beloved Bhavana. He went through a lot of pain and agony daily. His mom, dad, in-laws were all there giving him some strength and support. It took a lot of time for him to gain some hope and courage to forgive God for taking away his beloved from him.
Although the story had started with a sweet note the end did have a bitter happening which was unacceptable!
Anybody reading this book would definitely have felt that Bhavana didn’t deserve this end!
My personal thoughts:
Though we plan our lives as much as best as we can, life sometimes has a different story for us!
Life is definitely uncertain
Life is simple, but we tend to complicate them
Huge respect to Ajay(author). Dedicating a book for his wife is a big thing. And yes, inspite of all the challenges that life had given him, he never surrendered and Bhavana is undoubtedly the best wife. The way he had given the story was very simple, neat, clear and understandable. People will surely have a very emotional connect with this book!
